So we met with the lady who wants to buy our house today. She REALLY wants our house. What we finally decided to do was the right of first refusal thing. Basically she gets first choice if another buyer comes along. Right now, she has to sell her house, so that she can give us the money for our house. In the mean time our house is still on the market for anyone else to look at and buy. If another buyer came along, she would have 72 hrs to come up with the money for our house or would have to step down and let the other buyer have the house. She had offered us so much money for our house, but it was a little bit low, last week. We told her today what we wanted and she didn't even think a minute before she agreed to the new price. Soooo, if she is the one God has to buy our house, He will help her sell her house, otherwise we will wait until God does bring the right buyer along. :)
Thank you all for your prayers. I really felt God giving me peace that He would take care of it all.

How exciting! Now we pray for God help some stranger's house to sell so she can buy yours right away! :-)
Your kids are growing up too fast, all of ours are. Cute pictures. We did donuts for the twins birthday this year at Chuck-E-Cheese and they loved it.
We'll keep praying about your house. At least you have someone who wants it and if it's the Lord's will, it will all work out for you.
When God brings us to it, He always brings us through it....
We are dependent on Him and He is always FAITHFUL to His children.
