Hike to Running Eagle Falls

After packing up the tents and the cars we headed out to a hike that was less than a mile. Something we could all go on as a family. It was fun with wild raspberries along the trail that we just had to stop and pick. :) Coming out of the woods there was a clearing with a stream running through. The kids couldn't help but throw rocks in.









Johnny had to join in the fun too with a REALLY BIG rock which made a really big spash. :P



Following suit, the boys went in search of bigger and better rocks to throw in the water. I have to smile when I see their facial expressions.

The two girls, Madaline and Alana were so cute. They got along very well, giggling and just being girls. Here they are on the hike holding hands. It was very sweet.
