Boarders and more...

I was told that we didn't explain how our "new" part of the house was set up very good, so I'm trying it again. Let me know if it is better. :)

Here is the front of our house. This is where the garage door use to be. Now our big window to the living room is there. As you see, we have some painting to do this summer.
Here is where the door to the garage from the house use to be. Now it is a 5 ft plus opening with a step.

Our second bathroom is to the left of the opening. As you see, we still need to trim everything.

Here is the bathroom with the new boarder up.

Jacob found this mirror at a garage sale while I was at ladies retreat. It will work until we get a mirror with shelves etc. Jacob also picked out a lantern soup pump. I though it was neat.

Upclose of the bathroom boarder. Sorry for the bad lighting. We wallpapered only one wall in the bathroom. The side you see when you sit.

Moving on from the bathroom, we have a little table and chairs.

Next is Jacob's office/guest room.

Walking into the room. We will make or buy matching bed stuff for the room one day. Lighthouse/ship stuff.

Going from left to right.

Close up of the boarder.

Back out of the office. We have the door to the backyard. Once again no trim and no matching daybed stuff or curtains.

Our big window facing the driveway and our new computer desk.

Another angle of the corner.

Made our full circle and are back at the bathroom.

Hope that makes a little more sense. Left me know. Alright, need to go fix some lunch for 4 hungry kids.

It looks like you guys are doing a great job! I like your wallpaper and borders--very pretty. I just think it's interesting how much the choice of wallpaper and borders can say about a person's personality and likes/dislikes.

Thanks, Jacob didn't do to bad a job picking them out. *smile* I was very happy when he told me what he wanted. It is guyish but not ugly. :)
